    BR/TH-A1D通用型和加強(qiáng)型系列熱保護(hù)器，廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)、家用電器電機(jī)及電氣設(shè)備，防止過(guò)流、過(guò)熱而產(chǎn)生的非正常工作提供有效可靠的安全保護(hù)。加強(qiáng)型外殼適用于塑封電機(jī)內(nèi)置式安裝，可承受3.5Mpa的塑料成型工藝壓力。產(chǎn)品性能符合IEC34-11、GB13232、GB/T13002等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
BR/TH-A1D series common & enhanced thermal protectors are widely used in electric motors of industrial, household appliance & other electric equipment. The TH-A1D series can effectively and reliably guard against the damage caused by overflow and overheat. The shell of enhanced type is applicable to the internally installed plastic sealed motors and is capable of tolerating the 3.5Mpa technical pressure for plastic molding. The performance complies with the standards of IEC34-11, GB13232 and GB/T13002 etc.
結(jié)構(gòu)及保護(hù)原理(Configuration & principles)
    BR/ TH-A1D型熱保護(hù)器是由導(dǎo)熱金屬外殼、焊有銀合金觸點(diǎn)的雙金屬元件、導(dǎo)電支架、絕緣固定座、靜觸片及耐熱導(dǎo)線等元件組成。電流通過(guò)有阻抗的雙金屬元件，遇非正常工作時(shí)，隨電流增大或周?chē)鷾囟壬咧猎O(shè)定溫度值時(shí)，雙金屬元件迅速動(dòng)作，打開(kāi)觸點(diǎn)，切斷電路。當(dāng)裝置冷卻到安全工作溫度時(shí)，觸點(diǎn)自動(dòng)閉合，恢復(fù)正常工作狀態(tài)。
BR/TH-A1D series thermal protector is composed by heat conductive metal shell, bimetal component welded silver alloy contact, current conductive frame, insulated fixing seat, static contact pad and heat resistant wires etc. When the current goes through the bimetal component with impedance, if the current increases or the environment temperature rises and the temperature reaches the preset value, the bimetal component will work and release the contact to shut off the circuit; and by contrast, if the device cools down to the safe temperature, the contact point will reset automatically.

注意(Attentions)
1、由于外殼是金屬導(dǎo)電體，在使用時(shí)應(yīng)配置有導(dǎo)熱且耐溫的絕緣套管。
2、選擇保護(hù)溫度時(shí)參照A-C曲線圖。

額定動(dòng)作溫度對(duì)照表(According Table open temperature)
 說(shuō)明：復(fù)位溫度為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)動(dòng)作溫度值的2/3,公差為±15℃，或由用戶指定。
Instruction: Reseting temperature is 2/3 of standard opening temperature or specified by customers. it's tolerance is 15℃.
